1. Shipping Methods & Logistics

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Canadian facilities utilizing Canada Post.

  • Standard Apparel, Hats & Mugs: Shipped via tracked parcel services. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as the package is handed off to the courier.

  • Stickers & Buttons: To keep your costs to an absolute minimum, smaller items ordered individually are shipped via Regular Untracked Mail (Lettermail).

  • Combined Shipments: If you purchase stickers or buttons alongside a tracked item (such as a t-shirt, hat, or mug), your entire order will be consolidated into a single tracked shipment.

Delivery & Processing Timelines

  • Locations: We anywhere within Canada. 
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to safely package and prepare your order.

  • Estimated Delivery (Within Canada): Generally takes 2 to 7 business days once shipped, depending on your province or territory.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee alongside strict protocols for damaged goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken (e.g., mugs), or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will rectify the issue immediately at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Period: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please email us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photograph of the damage or defect.

  • Resolutions: Upon verification, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method, a free replacement item, or equivalent store credit.

30-Day Satisfaction Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item for reasons other than damage (such as sizing preferences):

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Valid proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required.

  • Timeline: The return process must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery timestamp.

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will issue your refund or dispatch your exchanged item.

3. Policy Exclusions & Conditions

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an fulfillment error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping postage costs.

  • Untracked Shipments: Because regular lettermail cannot be traced, we kindly ask that you wait at least 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international) before declaring an untracked sticker or button shipment lost.

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Any custom-printed or personalized apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.

  • Processing Times: Refunds processed through our payment gateway typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statements, depending entirely on PayPal or your specific credit card provider.
